The YDCCF Eleven Cedar Lodge Raffle
We are proud to offer this exclusive opportunity to purchase tickets ($100/ea) for a four night, three full days of fishing for two people at Eleven Angling’s premier destination on the South Island of New Zealand, Cedar Lodge. All proceeds from this charitable raffle benefit YDCCF and our programs.
Located in the Wanaka Region, YDCCF Premier Lodge Partner Cedar Lodge is the only owner-operated fully inclusive heli-fishing program in the area. There are more than two dozen rivers and watersheds within dialy striking distance of the lodge’s helipad.
This two person package is valued at $15,980 and we are only selling 400 chances to win. The trip is subject to availability and muse be taken by December 31, 2026. The winner may add on additional days at published rates. The trip is offered by Yellow Dog Flyfishing in partnership with Eleven Cedar Lodge and Eleven Angling and includes all the extra free benefits of booking a trip with Yellow Dog.
YDCCF Eleven Angling Cedar Lodge RAFFLE - OFFICIAL RULES
The Yellow Dog Community and Conservation Foundation (YDCCF) Eleven Angling Cedar Lodge Raffle (the “Raffle”) is a fundraising initiative to support the organization’s charitable efforts to preserve, protect and enhance the fisheries and communities that matter to anglers. 100% of the proceeds from the Raffle will go toward supporting these efforts. The Raffle is being conducted in the State of Montana, where YDCCF has applied for and received a valid state-issued charitable gaming license. You may request a copy of our charitable gaming license by emailing brooks@ydccf.org.
The Raffle is open to participants who are at least 18 years of age and are residents of jurisdictions where online charitable raffle participation is legal. Yellow Dog Flyfishing and YDCCF staff, YDCCF board members, and Eleven Angling staff, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
The Raffle is governed by Montana law.
1. Ticket Sales
All raffle ticket sales are online via the internet. The raffle is being conducted in the State of Montana, which permits online ticket sales to both residents and nonresidents (unless expressly forbidden by a given State). All tickets sold are considered as having been sold in the State of Montana, regardless of the purchaser’s actual location. By purchasing a ticket, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the laws of the State of Montana. Participants do not need to be present at the drawing to win prizes.
2. Ticket Limits and Numbers
You may purchase as many Raffle tickets as you wish; however, only 400 tickets will be issued. YDCCF is using the Zeffy platform to manage ticket sales and distribution. Each ticket will bear a unique number and no numbers will be duplicated. If you purchase multiple tickets, each will have a different number. Ticket numbers will be emailed to the address you provide. YDCCF is not responsible for lost or misdirected emails. If you do not receive your ticket numbers within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at brooks@ydccf.org.
3. Deadline
To be eligible, tickets must be purchased before 400 tickets have been distributed or one hour prior to the drawing to be held on Nov 1, 2025, whichever occurs first. YDCCF reserves the right to extend the deadline.
4. Drawing Details
The winner will be selected by random drawing at YDCCF, 213 S Willson Ave, Bozeman, MT 59715 on or before Nov 1, 2025.
YDCCF reserves the right to change the drawing location and/or draw early if all tickets are sold in advance. Final details of the drawing will be posted on our website and social media channels at least one week prior to the event.
5. Grand Prize
The grand prize is a four night, three fishing day stay for two people at Eleven Cedar Lodge in Makarora, New Zealand. The winner will have the opportunity to add on additional days at current published rates via Yellow Dog Flyfishing. The trip must be taken by December 31, 2026.
6. Winner Notification
Winner will be notified by phone and/or email, and all results will be posted at www.ydccf.org. A winner may be disqualified if they:
Cannot be reached after reasonable effort
Are found ineligible
Fail to comply with these Official Rules
YDCCF will have been considered to have made a reasonable effort after two contact attempts via phone or email within four weeks of the drawing. If a winner is disqualified or declines the prize, another winner will be drawn. Winners agree to the public disclosure of their identity and use of their photo for promotional purposes.
7. Taxes and Prize Acceptance
YDCCF will pay federal withholding taxes for the grand prize, calculated at 33.33% of the fair market value in accordance with IRS Notice 1340.

Taxes paid: $5,293
Grossed-up prize value: $21,273
The winner is responsible for any state and local taxes.
Before accepting the grand prize, the winner must complete:
IRS Form W-9
IRS Form 5754 (if applicable)
YDCCF’s Prize Acceptance Agreement
All raffle winners will be required to provide an IRS Form W-9 and sign YDCCF’s Prize Acceptance Agreement prior to being awarded any raffle prize.
8. Release of Liability
By entering the Raffle, each participant releases YDCCF, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from all liability, including attorney’s fees, resulting from participation in the Raffle or use of any prize. Winners agree to indemnify and hold YDCCF harmless against any resulting claims. YDCCF is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages, including those caused by negligence, relating to participation in the Raffle or use of any prize.
9. No Alternate Method of Entry
There is no alternate method of entry for this Raffle. All entries must be made by purchasing a ticket in accordance with these Official Rules. As a licensed charitable gaming operation under Montana law, the Yellow Dog Community and Conservation Foundation is not required to offer a free or alternative method of entry.
10. Exclusive Remedy
The sole and exclusive remedy for any claim arising out of ticket sales or Raffle participation is limited to a refund of the purchase price paid for the ticket(s).
